SwiftZilla provides a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) API for accessing compiled Swift documentation and evolution proposals.
Disclaimer: The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) and semantic search technologies. While we strive to index authoritative sources (Apple Documentation, Swift Evolution), AI systems can "hallucinate" or provide inaccurate information.
You agree that the Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information returned by the API. You should always verify critical code or information against official Apple documentation. We are not responsible for any bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in code generated or retrieved by our Service.
We offer paid subscriptions processed via Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees indicated. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Dashboard. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, reverse engineering, or scraping. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SwiftZilla, its creators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWIFTZILLA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SWIFTZILLA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00) OR THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO SWIFTZILLA FOR THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS OF THE SERVICE IN QUESTION.
You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the Dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (i) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (ii) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (iii) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Brazil (LGPD context) and applicable international laws, without regard to reporting conflict of laws principles.
